1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced

1/2 onion, thinly sliced

1 tbsp butter (or plant based alternative)

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar


Add butter to a hot pan and when it has melted add the fennel and onion. Cook until just soft (stirring frequently) then add the maple syrup and apple cider vinegar. Cook for another couple of minutes on a low-medium heat.
