This week’s medium and large boxes include a bunch of spring thyme, grown by Anita and Russel at Tasmanian Kitchen Pantry. Tasmanian Kitchen Pantry is a multifaceted local business, making a range of condiments and jams under their TKP label, which are now available at select Woolworth’s stores, along with their Hell’s Gates chilli sauces and flavoured salts. They attend a number of markets regularly, but you can also pick up their products, along with produce grown on their farm, at their on-site shop, which you’ll find on the road from Richmond to Campania – just look out for the sign! And if that’s not enough, you can also catch Anita playing violin in the orchestra for Show Company Tas’s production of Into the Woods, now on at the Theatre Royal for a limited time only. (Spoiler alert, Mr BB’s in the orchestra too…)
