This week we’ve been lucky enough to be able to include Josephine pears from Nubeena in boxes – we love the Packham’s Triumph and Winter Coles, but it’s always nice to have something different! Whilst eating seasonally at this time of year generally means eating the same things quite a lot, different varieties of these common items ensures there’s still plenty of variety. Richmond Farm’s golden beets are always a treat – this week in $40 boxes – and to mix things up further, we’re also including purple-top turnips from Premium Fresh as a different winter root veg.
This week will sadly be the last week of basil for a while, but we’re excitedly looking forward to next week when we’ll be able to include the first Tassie cherry tomatoes of the season!
