This week we welcome back Pegasus Sprouts! New owner Arco has moved the indoor hydroponic growing facility to Leslie Vale, where he’s narrowed the range and is concentrating on growing the sweet little pea shoots that are included this week in $30 and $40 boxes. The baby leeks from Grown for Taste, included in this week’s $40 boxes, are also grown hydroponically in George’s unique tunnel setup, which means that unlike most leeks, you won’t need to wash the grit out before using them.
Other highlights this week include the Duggans’ sweet and crisp Huon Pride apples, celeriac from Elphin Grove, and fragrant coriander bunches from Richmond Farm.
