Ingredients

1 cauliflower pizza base (from the supermarket)

white bean & herb sauce

pumpkin, 4cm cube

celeriac, 4cm cube

cauliflower, several small florets

baby spinach, handful

1 spring onion, chopped

parmesan

mozzarella

pepper

snow pea tendrils (optional)

 

 

Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius.

Make white bean & herb sauce.

Spread white bean sauce onto pizza base. Thinly cut (2mm slices) pumpkin and celeriac and arrange on pizza base. Cut cauliflower into small pieces and add to pizza base. Add spring onion

 

and baby spinach. Finally, sprinkle top of pizza with parmesan, mozzarella and ground pepper.

Cook pizza for 10-15 minutes.

Add snow pea tendrils before serving.
