Mark and Christine Duggan are born and bred Huon locals, and have been growing their delicious apples and pears for many years at their property just south of Huonville in the heart of apple country. Mark keeps fastidious records of growing conditions, yields and inputs every year, and the farm is moving towards organic certification. Mark and Christine generously support local businesses, buying local produce to blend with their juices and providing their own apples and pears to the likes of Coal Valley cider, and the pulp from their juice feeds Fat Pig Farm’s rare-breed pigs.
