This week we have great value fresh garlic and garlic scapes from the Tasmanian Garlic company, delicious field-grown mint and coriander from Richmond Farm, and certified organic coriander from York Town Organics for just $18/kg. New season pink eyes, bismarks and Dutch cream are available, and we’ll also be ordering with Southern Fields this week, so iceberg and cos lettuce are both available.
We were hoping to have Brandsema capsicum ready this week, but as they’re not going to be ready until next week we’ve made the decision to swap our tomato ordering weeks around, so this week we’ll have truss tomatoes from Cracknells, and next week we’ll have cherry tomatoes, along with green, yellow and red capsicums.
Salad greens are also plentiful: York Town Organics have a great range of certified organic greens, Dendra are now offering spinach and rocket for $18/1.5kg (mesclun will be available soon too), and Richmond Farm have some lovely red mizuna available also.
