This week we’ll be ordering with Hills Hydroponics, which means a whole range of herbs are available – basil, rosemary, thyme, mint, dill, chives – and in addition, Richmond farm have mint and chives available and certified organic dill is available from York Town Organics for $15/kg.
Asparagus from Premium Fresh is still plentiful and is great value – make the most of it while it’s available as the season will screech to a halt in mid December.
A few special items this week – some pointed cabbage from Grown for Taste (pictured) and a variety of lettuce as whole heads, red mizuna from Richmond Farm, and new season Cygnet pink eyes from John.
Don’t forget to get your orders in as soon as you can – anything later than Tuesday lunchtime is likely to result in items being unavailable for your order.
