Anna’s pumpkin pie muffins with lemon marscapone icing

2 cups of SR flour – sifted
1/2 teaspoon baking powder – sifted
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup milk
Half a pumpkin puréed
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Grind of salt

Mix dry ingredients and mix wet ingredients … combine and bake for 22 mins at 180

Icing is marscapone, half a lemon squeezed, some icing sugar
