Please click the link at the bottom of this post for this week’s wholesale offers and prices. I’m working on doing city deliveries on Thursday this week, but in other areas deliveries may still be on Friday.
Tasmanian Brussels sprouts from Premium Fresh start this week, as do Moore’s budget 10kg potato bags for $11 – varieties are Kennebec or Russet (a classic chipper).
Our potato grower John has a great range of potatoes available also, and we’ve got some delicious baby chemical free spuds from Grown for Taste (sadly I forgot to get a photo of these last week – whoops! – but they’re very pretty and a variety of colours).
We’ve got a heap of Butternut pumpkin coming down from Cressy this week – local butternuts are reasonably hard to come by so we’re quite happy about that! – and we’ve also got limited quantities of delicious Black Genoa figs – rich flavour and super-sweet – from our own backyard fig tree.
With the public holiday we’ve got a fairly short time-frame to work with – ideally orders need to be in by midday Tuesday as usual but we may be able to stretch that out a bit on some lines.
