Add 6 cups of water and 1 cup of caster sugar to a pot, dissolve the sugar and whilst summering add tea (I added two rooibos tea bags), brew and add six pears- Duggans Brand, of course (that have been peeled, cored and halved). Poach til tender. Served with honey yoghurt and a VERY tasty Coaldale Walnut Granola, made with their delicious walnuts, dried figs, pepitas and rolled oats, found only at Farm Gate Market.
