One of the beauties of seasonal eating is the excitement that comes from a loved item becoming available again after months of not. When I got a text from Matt Cracknell last week letting me know that they’d just started picking tomatoes at their hothouse in Granton, it was a given that we’d be including them in this week’s box! Plenty of salad options for school holiday BBQs captured in this lovely photo from Kristy Dowsing Photography. The $30 box contains:
