A couple of new growers on board for this week’s colourful Winter/Spring box – a minor milestone this week too with Mrs, Miss, Mr and Pop BB packing and delivering 180 boxes of all-Tassie produce! Thanks everyone for helping us support our wonderful local farmers.

100g watercress – Grown for Taste (very pleased to have George and Hilary on board, their boutique crops grown using organic principles are delicious and very much in demand!!)
400g parsnips – Sassafras Farms (unfortunately we only found Sandra’s farm at the end of the parsnip season, but we’re looking forward to more next year smile emoticon )
half red cabbage – Harvest Moon – Forth Farm
2kg Royal Gala apples – Duggans, Cradoc
250g walnuts – Coaldale Walnuts, Coal River Valley
