13937731_10154540353566337_8688511191068401686_oA Backyard Bounty Standard Box (which comes in Small, Regular and Large sizes) includes the very best of what our Tasmanian farmers have to offer, from family-friendly staples and delicious fruit through to exotic items and fresh herbs. A Standard Box will generally include potatoes and root veg, leafy greens, flavouring items (e.g. herbs, garlic, onions) and fruit in a seasonal mix that we believe provides a great balance for a week’s cooking and eating.

We love encouraging our customers to try new and unfamiliar items, but you’re welcome to customise your Standard Box with unlimited exclusions on any of the items listed below; partial exclusions can also be negotiated (e.g. fortnightly potatoes). Please note, however, that long lists of exclusions may result in replacement items being duplicates of items already included.

The Regular ($30) Box is by far our most popular order; more than half our customers each week order this option, and it’s what we’d recommend to most new customers as a starting point. However, we do recommend the Large ($40) Box to families of four and above, and our Small ($20) Box is popular with singles or those who like to to supplement their local veg with items that can’t be sourced locally.
